Practice Artistic Yoga with Dr. Bharat Thakur live online, where movement, breath, awareness and stillness come together in an intelligent and integrated system. Drawing from the living wisdom of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Gheranda Samhita, the practice is not approached as philosophy or theory, but as direct experience.

Each 60-minute session is a complete experience of not only a sequence of asanas, pranayama, bandhas, kriyas and mudras but as a sequence of awareness. Here, yoga is experienced as a practical craft for living well cultivating a strong body, a balanced nervous system, an effortless breath and a clearer mind.
